Raiffeisen Bank Polska has a new seat, which is located in ul. Piękna. Raiffeisen Business Center is an 8-story office building with an underground parking for 161 cars. The building is intelligent, comfortable and friendly for handicapped persons. The total cost of the investment is USD 37,5 million.

Platan Group, a Warsaw development company, is conducting the restoration of a monumental building located in the intersection of ul. Mokotowska and Al. Ujazdowskich. The building will provide 9,000 sq.m of the office space.

8 Star, a company consisting of four Turkish companies, will build Eurocentrum in Aleje Jerozolimskie near Dworzec Zachodni. The complex will include four office buildings and a four-star hotel.

Zepter Business Center is to provide 20,000 sq.m. of A-class office space once it reaches completion, which is scheduled for the end of May, 2001. The cost of the investment is about USD 20 million. The shape of the building is distinguishing and resembles a “Z” – the logo of Zepter.

Auchan has just opened a new hypermarket, located in Poznań. The hypermarket of totaling 12,500 sq.m. is surrounded by 65 stalls. There is also a parking for 2,500 cars. The total cost of the investment is PLN 110 million. Auchan is going to build two other hypermarkets in Płock and Bydgoszcz till the end of 2001.

John Portman & Associates Inc., Portman Development LLC and Skanska will build hotel Westin, which should be completed in spring, 2003. The hotel will be furnished with 366 rooms, conference rooms, restaurants and a sports club. The characteristic element of the building will be a glass tower, which will be illuminated at night. The total cost of the investment is estimated at 79,5 million euro.

Keystone, a Belgian company, has announced building Winogrady Business Center in Poznań. Winogrady Business Center will be a B+class office-retail building of total area of 12,000 sq.m. The monthly rent for retail space will be EUR 27 and the monthly rent of office space - EUR 22.

Mistral will be the next office building in Aleje Jerozolimskie. Mistral will be a part of Warsaw Business Technology Park. The 8-story building will include the following amenities: air conditioning, suspended ceilings, fibre optic telephone lines and 24 hour security. The underground and surface parking will offer 261 places.

Central European Retail Property Fund, a private fund of international investors, has just received the credit of 276 million PLN, which allows financing of Wola Park – the retail-entertainment center. The opening of Wola Park is scheduled for spring, 2002. Wola Park will be the largest retail & entertainment center in Poland. The total cost of the investment will be USD 100 million. The center will be exceptional because of: the largest hypermarket – 30,000 sq.m, the largest parking area – 4,000 spaces, the total area of the center - about 90,000 sq.m, interesting and unique architecture.
